Completing a range of high-quality and interesting Commercial Law matters, the firm boasts a strong reputation and regularly acts for sophisticated private companies, growing SMEs, as well as prominent HNW clients.

Working directly with the Partners who are well-known for taking a proactive interest in the careers of the firm's lawyers, you will advise a long established and loyal client base.

Some examples of the work to be completed includes:
Shareholders Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Franchise Agreements, and Joint Venture Agreements
Commercial Leasing and general Property Law
Asset protection and structuring, business succession, and related advice
Complex estate planning for HNW clients

Our client is seeking a Commercial Lawyer with 2-7+ years' PAE across some or all of the above areas of law, with strong drafting skills.

The successful candidate will join a close-knit team with one of the most positive and relaxed law firm cultures in Perth, with the supervising Partners being both supportive and approachable.

Located 10 minutes from the CBD and with parking provided, this firm is known for its work/life balance and creating an environment where lawyers are not required to work 'after hours'.
