    They are looking for a passionate, empathetic and dedicated Client Service Officer to join their team in Parramatta ASAP on a contract until the 28th of June 2024

    The Job...
    Reporting through to a Team Leader, you will be accountable for:

    • Responding to enquiries from vulnerable customers.
    • Managing a portfolio of cases end to end.
    • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Managing sensitive documentation and complying with legislation and policy.
    • Escalating complex issues when required.
    • Managing general administration such a records management, filing and data entry.

    To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:

    • Minimum 3 years experience working in an Administration or Case Management position.
    • Experience working within the Legal, Financial or Government sectors would be ideal.
    • Ability to confidently work across multiple systems and databases.
    • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
    • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organisation skills and ability to stay focused in a high volume environment.
