As the SAP Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.

This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can run a public cloud SAS engagement.

The SAP Program Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) projects within an organization.

This role requires a deep understanding of SAP solutions, project management methodologies, and excellent leadership skills to ensure the efficient implementation of SAP systems that align with business goals and objectives.

Your day at NTT

Lead and manage endtoend SAP implementation programs, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and align SAP solutions with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
Provide strategic guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Demonstrated experience in leading crossfunctional teams and multilayered teams on SAP Projects
Solution leadership and delivery responsibility for assigned projects.
Supporting the sales teams with project delivery scope definition and estimates
Expert consulting skills to successfully deliver consulting engagements.
Expert presales efforts, resource estimating and quality assurance.
Expert project management skills contributing to the definition of tasks, timelines and accountabilities for customer engagements.
Highly proficient team leadership skills managing people to effect successful customer engagements or business outcomes whilst achieving optimal levels of engagement and performance.
Demonstrable ongoing development and awareness of industry and business process knowledge

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Proven experience as an Program Manager leading successful SAP implementation projects.
Indepth knowledge of SAP modules and technologies.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable
