This position will be based in Canberra.


THE ROLE
This organisation are seeking a highly organised and driven Executive Assistant to support an Executive Manager and Clinical Director.

As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for diary management, coordinating meetings and events, monitoring and responding to incoming communications, and direct line management to one administration officer.

This role will suite an experienced Executive Assistant, who is able to work well on their own initiative.

To be successful in this role, you will be flexible, highly autonomous and demonstrate a high degree of rigour and attention to detail.


DUTIES

  • Manage diaries and coordinate appointments and meetings, set meeting agendas
  • Provide support to and oversee the Administration Officer
  • Prepare reports and presentations, showing a high level of accuracy
  • Record and distribute minutes from key meetings to relevant stakeholders
  • Organise travel arrangements and conferences
  • Manage expenses and budgets

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant
  • A background working in a clinical or public sector environment would be highly beneficial
  • Highly competent in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and able to work effectively with a team across multiple locations
