ABOUT THE ROLE
Joining the close-knit and busy Business Improvement Team as a Change Manager on a 6 month temporary assignment. This role will see you ensuring the successful implementation of Work Day across the People team.

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies that minimise disruption, maximise user adoption, and deliver the full benefits of new processes, systems, and technologies.


You will report to the Senior Business Improvement Manager and play a pivotal role in aligning the People Team throughout the implementation of their new HRIS.

This is fast-paced and dynamic role, which will see you guiding key stakeholders throughout this period of change.


DUTIES

  • Lead change initiatives: Develop and implement impact assessments, change management plans for shared services projects, including process improvements, system implementations, and organisational restructuring.
  • Assess impact and risks: Analyse the potential impact of changes on stakeholders, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, gather feedback, and address concerns throughout the change process.
  • Communication strategy: Develop and implement clear and effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change journey.
  • Training and support: Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to adapt to the changes.
  • Monitor and evaluate: Track progress against change goals, measure adoption rates, and identify areas for improvement.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in the implementation of a HRIS

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing change initiatives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
