    Civil Engineer - Flood/Stormwater (Parramatta, NSW)

    Our client is a fast-growing engineering design consultant with 60+ employees. They offer several engineering services ranging from design to certification within the structural, civil, stormwater, geotechnical, facade and remedial space for residential, commercial and mixed-use buildings.

    Position:
    Seeking a Civil Engineer - Flood/Stormwater to contribute to the successful delivery of projects. The successful candidate will support the civil/stormwater team, working alongside the other team members to deliver projects.

    Qualifications:

    To be successful in this role you will be / possess:

    • Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or similar.
    • 5 years' experience in flood and stormwater projects.
    • Experience in on-site detention system, absorption system and drainage design.
    • Understanding of Australian codes and design standards.
    • Understanding of flood impact and risk management.
    • Identify and asses project risks and communicate these to the project team.
    • Strong verbal & communication skills with the ability to provide direction on technical solutions.
