Description

Great opportunity for an experienced Facility Manager to join a reputable Australian Aged Care Provider, in this role you will hit the ground running while you ensure the highest level of service and clinical care is being provided throughout the facility at all times.

The Position:

As a Facility Manager this key role is about ensuring our residents receive high-quality person-centred care services and where the home operates effectively and efficiently.

This is a Monday - Friday full-time position
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the home
You will be a natural leader with the ability to maintain the crucial balance between service and clinical care, and operational and staffing needs
You will understand the significant aged care reform agenda and royal commission recommendations and be passionate about leading, managing teams to achieve high standards.
You will be a leader who engages with residents, families, staff and others.

Key Information:

Competitive remuneration and benefits, including the 15% Aged Care Work Value increase.
Negotiable salary + salary packaging + super + relocation allowance
Up to $5,000 relocation allowance to assist with relocation (if applicable).

Requirements:

Demonstrated managerial experience in the aged care sector.
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Sound and contemporary clinical and operational knowledge.
Be passionate about leading, managing teams to achieve high standards
Confident knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Standards.
