This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with managerial experience to join a progressive and purpose-driven aged care provider to support our aged care homes across Tasmania, New South Wales and Victoria.

The Position:


The Roaming Facility Manager will have the flexibility to travel to various locations, supporting our residential aged care homes as allocated.

You will report to the Chief of Residential Aged Care and will be responsible for supporting Facility Managers with the day-to-day operational, personnel and associated matters at our aged care homes.


Requirements:


Your Profile:


  • Demonstrated managerial experience in the aged care sector.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Sound and contemporary clinical and operational knowledge.
  • Highly developed leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • The ability to relate to the elderly.
  • A pragmatic and outcomefocused approach to problemsolving.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to various facilities across VIC and TAS
