How will I help?

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collation of documents/packs to support meetings on a daily basis
  • Assist with event planning and project management across the team as required
  • Prompt handling of internal and external stakeholder requests
  • Composition of correspondence
  • General administrative duties, including processing travel and business expenses, reviewing staff reimbursements and allowances, reviewing and coordinating payment of accounts ensuring that these are within policy

What do I need?


To be successful in this role, you will have experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administration-based role within a large complex corporate environment.

Experience in Human Resources or banking and/or financial services industry would be advantageous.

You will have a proactive attitude, be a team player and have the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a fast paced environment.


This role will require you to be in the office a minimum of two days a week, with the flexibility to change or increase these days as per the General Manager, Enterprise HR Portfolios requirements.


Further advantageous skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sound organisational and time management skills, including diary management skills
  • Selfstarter with a proactive, accountable and ability to execute responsibilities with professionalism
  • Competency in the full Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Demonstrated influencing and negotiating skills, and a keen attention to detail
