We are recruiting a Desktop and Windows Administrator within a Federal Government Department that focuses exclusively on the diverse history, cultures and heritage of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Desktop and Server Administrator (Windows Administrator) with a primary focus on Intune Windows 10 and 11 desktop configuration, maintenance, and third-level support.
Provided guidance and training in SOE development, Essential 8 operating system hardening, application packaging and configuration of Intune Policies

Required Experience

Prior experience in Intune, Entra ID (Azure) and SOE Development is desirable but not essential
Experience with administration of Office365 and Intune. Understanding of Basic Networking Protocols and Concepts.
Proficiency troubleshooting Windows 10/11 Operating System issues and Desktop Support and L3 Escalation Support
Operating System Hardening and Understanding of the Essential 8, Maturity Level Model and ISM.
