Job Title - Program Assurer
Location - Canberra (Onsite)
Duration - 12 months contract with further extensions
Client - Federal Government
Core Skillset:
- Extensive experience in administering and troubleshooting Windows server platforms in a large and complex environment.
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Windows automation using;
- PowerShell
- VBS
- Network troubleshooting with native and 3rd party Microsoft toolsets
- Active Directory design, implementation and support within a complex environment with both windows and Linux server clients.
- Environment management using advance group policy management
- Windows server patching, security and administration.
- Windows server roles and features support
- Understanding of virtualization technologies.
- Windows server SOE design, build and maintenance
- Experience with supporting windows in a private cloud platform.
- Good experience in networking technologies including DNS, TCP/IP, TLS, DHCP and Load Balancing.
- Orchestration and provisioning, infrastructure as code
- Strong documentation skills, including documenting standard operating procedures and build and configuration guides.
- Some exposure to Agile / SCRUM environments
- Good understanding of high availability environments is a plus
- Ability to develop and provide training to staff.
