The organisation


Our client is currently recruiting for an Office Services Manager to join their office based in the Perth CBD on a permanent basis.

This organisation is dedicated to shaping cities and communities for a better future.

As a professional consulting firm, they work to create places and spaces to improve the lives of the people who use them.


The role


As an Office Services Manager you will be a member of the Operations management team and work closely with the regional director.

You will also play a role in supporting employee growth and development.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Act as central point of contact for all office-related queries
  • Supporting employee growth and development through onthejob coaching and mentoring
  • Working closely with HR and L&D teams to support with onboarding and inductions
  • Preparing monthly office management reports and ensuring compliance to local operation budgets
  • Deliver key employee events (such as office monthly morning teas, Friday night drinks, Christmas, and End of Financial year functions)
  • Coordinate and facilitate monthly forums
  • Previous experience in a managerial role
  • Ability to identify improvement of internal operational system
  • Advanced knowledge of and use of expense management
  • Prior experience within a facilities/property management capacity
  • Competent Microsoft office suite skills
