The organisation
Our client is currently recruiting for an Office Services Manager to join their office based in the Perth CBD on a permanent basis.
As a professional consulting firm, they work to create places and spaces to improve the lives of the people who use them.
The role
As an Office Services Manager you will be a member of the Operations management team and work closely with the regional director.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Act as central point of contact for all office-related queries
- Supporting employee growth and development through onthejob coaching and mentoring
- Working closely with HR and L&D teams to support with onboarding and inductions
- Preparing monthly office management reports and ensuring compliance to local operation budgets
- Deliver key employee events (such as office monthly morning teas, Friday night drinks, Christmas, and End of Financial year functions)
- Coordinate and facilitate monthly forums
- Previous experience in a managerial role
- Ability to identify improvement of internal operational system
- Advanced knowledge of and use of expense management
- Prior experience within a facilities/property management capacity
- Competent Microsoft office suite skills
