About the Role
Looking for a Structural Supervisor for a major Rail project in a joint venture predominantly working on retaining walls and stations.
In this role you will complete scoping activities, plan for the successful completion of work orders, conduct toolbox meetings, monitor and control expenditure on all earthwork/station works and monitor crew performance.
Key Criteria
- Strong track record in the infrastructure industry with a preferred background in rail
- Experience in similar positions previously
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
- White card, drivers licence and first aid certificates
- Excavator license
- Strong focus on site Health and Safety
- Experience with MS Software
- High level communication skills
- Delivery Focused and Organised
