Client Profile
Our client is a multi-national company who is well-established in the retail, food and beverage space.

With over 20 years of history, our client has a number of brands that they have developed as well as a network of contracted sites that they cater to.

This newly created position will lead a handful of sites, taking a hands-on approach to create excellence across service, product, and general execution.

People leadership will be a core function of the position, with a major objective being the development of outstanding guest experiences and the development of the leaders of the future.

The role requires an agile leader who will inspire, motivate and delegate, realising the potential of the business and those around them.

We seek people with multi-site experience who can switch gears at a moment's notice.

Someone who is at home in a global company but can also drive the bottom line within a single site.

Extensive multisite management experience within the retail, hospitality, leisure, or any related industry
A commitment to 'hustle' and uncompromising expectations around execution
An entrepreneurial mindset and creative approach to process and problemsolving
Strong time management and delegation skills
Highlevel attention to detail and a passion for delivering the best in the industry
Exposure to high safety standards and good risk management practice
Experience from peripheral sectors such as retail, contract catering, or other relevant industries
