About the Role
As the Gaming Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing operations at a top-performing gaming venue located in the North-Western suburbs of Melbourne.
You will be on top of industry trends and regulations, generating regular reports to provide insights and recommendations to the General Manager and collaborating with relevant departments for comprehensive business reporting.
To be successful in this role you will possess the following;- Proven experience in gaming management, preferably in a similar venue.
- Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
- You're a natural leader with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication and problemsolving abilities.
- You're up to date on industry trends, and a passion for gaming.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid RSA & RCG
