- Based in Burwood
- 2 days WFH
- Identifying, attracting & matching talented individuals to fulfilling job opportunities
- Creating & advertising job vacancies
- Providing support to General Managers in relation to recruitment processes
- Liaising with local & national Business Partners
- Building strong pipeline of candidates
- Guiding applicants throughout the recruitment processes
- Building & maintaining relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Providing training & guidance to broader teams
- Managing visa sponsorships
- Assisting General Managers with pre-employment checks
- Sourcing candidates for a variety of aged care based role
- Working on strategy project such as Graduate Nurse Programs, Assessment Centers, Acquisitions and more.
- Working on Traineeship & SBATs programs
- Working alongside marketing team on digital campaigns
