    The Client:

    Our client is one of Melbourne's premier commercial agencies, with a strong brand and rich heritage servicing the Melbourne market.     The Role:

    We're on the lookout for a driven and committed individual to become an integral part of our clients team, responsible for overseeing a varied commercial portfolio in the Melbourne inner city region. If you boast a solid history in property and asset management, possess exceptional communication and organisational abilities, and thrive on delivering outstanding client service, then this opportunity may be tailor-made for you

    Key Responsibilities include:

    • Manage a mixed portfolio of Commercial Office & Retail assets, predominantly in the inner eastern suburbs
    • A warm portfolio of circa 150 tenancies
    • Managing leases including negotiations and renewals
    • Monitoring rental arrears and adhering to arrears KPIs
    • Conducting rent reviews
    • Conducting routine inspections
    • Financial oversight and reporting
    • Addressing maintenance concerns and coordinating with tenants and landlords
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Experience in Property Management within the Commercial sector
    • Familiarity with Cirrus 8 is highly advantageous
    • Have extremely polished communication skills
    • Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
    • A positive, adaptable, and driven demeanor
    • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
