    General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)

    As the General Manager of the OSS Division at Comm Tel, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing our operations support systems (OSS) technical department in Melbourne.

    This executive position demands a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of OSS technologies.

    Your responsibilities will include:
    Leading the OSS division to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets
    Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and ensure efficient operations
    Managing and mentoring a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
    Overseeing the development and maintenance of OSS solutions, ensuring they align with industry standards and meet customer requirements
    Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate OSS solutions with existing systems and processes
    Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
    Providing regular reports to senior management on the division's performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
    Staying abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in OSS management
    Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards within the OSS division

    To be successful in this role you will have the following skills;
    Proven experience in a leadership role within the OSS (Operations Support Systems) industry
    Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing technical teams
    Comprehensive understanding of OSS technologies and their application in telecommunications
    Strong business acumen with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and achieve financial targets
    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
    Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
    Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency
    A Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field; postgraduate qualifications in business would also be highly desirable
