Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:


  • Leadership and Team Management:

  • Sales and Financial Management:
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

  • Effectively manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.

Customer Experience:


  • Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently delivered.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.

Inventory and Merchandising:


  • Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels and reduce shrinkage.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure attractive and effective product displays.

Operational Efficiency:


  • Streamline and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Implement best practices to minimize costs and maximize productivity.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a retail setting.
  • Outstanding people leadership capability to build a highperforming team
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Indepth knowledge of retail operations and industry trends.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
