- Opportunity to work for a Leading QLD Property Developer
Rental Administrator/Client Services Manager to join their VIBRANT, GROWING team
Primarily work from home, with flexible hours to accommodate family/personal commitments
Some travel from the Northern Gold Coast to South Brisbane may occur.
Your role will encompass:
- Leasing
- Handling chat box inquiries
- Providing support to both tenants and landlords
- Support the Property Managers with administration overflow
- Act as a personal assistant to the Operations Manager
Familiarity with Property Me is a plus - you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operation of the team/s.
- To be considered for this position, you will have worked in Real Estate or Property before. Perhaps you are on Reception and are sick of answering phones? Or perhaps you are a Property Manager who wants to take a 'step back' on focus on Admin only?_
