Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Manager to oversee our sales team in Queensland, and form part of our senior sales team.

You will need to drive new business development across our Queensland operations across all verticals.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role provides an excellent opportunity to act as the primary sales contact for key network partners and drive high level business activities to maximise corporate exposure and increase brand awareness.

This position will undertake activities such as developing and executing the sales strategy, leading and mentoring sales, driving volume growth and business development team members and representing Toll Global Forwarding QLD.

You will have support from our Product Managers to create initiative plans as well as from our National Sales team who will support you and your team in quoting and completing RFQs.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience in business development within the freight forwarding industry.
To be a natural hunter as well being able to maintain pipelines
Coach and mentor our Sales team
Show commitment to Toll Values including Customer, Progress, Teamwork, Accountability and Integrity.
