About the Role
We are currently looking for a Receptionist with previous medical experience and a can-do attitude to join our fun and collaborative client team based in Hoppers Crossing.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, good analytical and reporting skills, and the desire to make a difference.
Your daily work will include:
- Working closely with the Allied Health professionals to provide support to our clients, internal team and stakeholders
- General reception and administrative responsibilities
- Acting as a primary point of contact and ensure the smooth daytoday running of the office and your team
- Coordinating maintenance requests, ensuring they are fully completed
- Schedule Management
- Manage meeting room bookings and assist with diary management
- Managing multiple customer enquiries and prioritise competing priorities
- Seting up intake interviews with participants including all required administrative documentation
- Liaising between our clients, internal team and other stakeholders ensure that the required paperwork and consents are in order
- Assisting with onboarding new clients, preparing quotes and populating NDIS Intake forms
- Update and maintain client database
What you'll need
-
Previous experience as a medical receptionist:
- High level administration skills and a can-do attitude
- Knowledge OR Experience with the NDIS
- Disability, Nursing, Healthcare & Allied Health industry and/or Quality System Management/audit process, would be viewed very favourably
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with a solutionsfocused approach to managing competing priorities
- Ability to follow instructions with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated high level of problemsolving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and work as part of team while exercising initiative
- Skills in multitasking and prioritising to meet deadlines

Remuneration:

Minimum 2 years experience, an NDIS Worker Screening Check and COVID triple vaccination are conditions of employment._
Salary:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
