We are recruiting on behalf of a boutique law firm that are in an exciting chapter of growth and are looking to expand their presence in regional and interstate areas.

This practice is an established and progressive law firm that boast a broad legal client base.

THE ROLE


This Marketing Manager is an end-to-end marketing position, which will ensure the continued growth of the brand and increase market share.

Working closely with the leadership team and reporting to the Practice Manager, the successful Marketing Manager will have an integral position and be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relations
  • Increasing the existing brand messaging through existing channels
  • Strategising and implementing business development opportunities and investigate ways to increase client retention rates
  • Supporting the lawyers in their BD efforts and providing marketing material for internal and external use

YOU

  • At least four years' experience in a similar role in professional services environment
  • A degree in Marketing Communications or similar tertiary qualifications will be considered
  • Demonstrated success in developing, influencing, and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience in implementing multifaceted marketing and communications strategies including digital, brand and campaigns
