Your key responsibilities:


  • Action all WARM inbound leads
  • Active pipeline management
  • Qualify leads for appropriate model of care.
  • Ensure all data received is accurately entered into our CRM.
  • Update and maintain CRM with all leads.
  • Engage with consumers, family members and/or representatives with empathy and understanding.
  • Inform consumers of the best available support we can provide through their level of Home Care Package
  • Be focused on commercial outcomes.
