We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Service Scheduler, looking to make a real difference through their work specifically in the Happy Living Brand.

Happy Living is a national Brand with over 2000 clients specialising into the Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) community with clients mainly from the Chinese, Korean, Arabic and Vietnamese communities.


Mandarin language fluency (speak, read and write) is essential. Cantonese is highly desired.

You'll be responsible for:


  • Coordinating appropriate care and services to Happy Living clients in consultation with the external agency.
  • Sourcing and booking all care shifts including, but not limited to, Personal Care, Homecare, Gardening, Maintenance etc.
  • Managing all service or shift cancellations and rescheduling as required.
  • Consulting with consumers, family members, Care Managers, external agencies and other supports to ensure that care is ongoing and that all client needs are identified and met.
  • Liaising with Community Care Providers and Case Managers of brokered services to ensure appropriate understanding of client needs.

We are looking for someone with:

Mandarin fluency is essential, Cantonese is desirable
:


  • Proven experience in a scheduling role, such as scheduling for the police or ambulance services, or scheduling contractors.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience is desirable.
  • The right to work in Australia.
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (the myHomecare Group will organise at no cost).
