- Collaborate with Partners to understand their current and future needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Expand business from the existing portfolio in alignment with budget objectives, managing budgets effectively.
- Utilize sales methodologies, strategic selling techniques, and strong negotiation skills.
- Ensure partners comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in account management.
- Preferably, background in banking or financial services.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze market and Partner needs to drive business growth.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license required for travel within central QLD.
