Role Overview
Purpose and Responsibilities
As part of the Vesta Team, the Scheduler and Coordinator will work under the guidance of the Scheduling and Administration Supervisor. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring work schedules to optimize the utilization of resources, coordinating access to residences and equipment, and ensuring timely and safe access to tenants.

Essential Requirements
Minimum of a Certificate IV
Preferred
Certificate in Planning & Scheduling or equivalent experience with SAP/Prometheus Knowledge of computer applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong administrative and communication skills Familiarity with safety protocols

Experience and Skills
At least 2 years of relevant experience
