As the

Regional Sales Manager overseeing the PNG region, your role will involve expanding Bradken's range of customer solutions. You will work closely with the Area Manager to achieve growth targets, while also engaging with various stakeholders in the region. This will include proactive communication both remotely and during site visits to our customers.

Your contribution to Bradken's business success is crucial. With your strategic mindset and driven attitude, you will embark upon a profitable growth journey for our

Mineral Processing Product Group. Taking charge and devising strategies to increase market share in key "staple" product lines while exploring potential expansion into overseas markets should be one of your key functional responsibilities.


Coming with exceptional skills in budgeting, reporting, and hands-on experience with Salesforce, you will have the power to effectively manage and analyse sales data.

By effectively utilizing strategic marketing techniques and proficiently overseeing operational medium-term work plans for the region, you will be able to demonstrate business intelligence.


By leveraging your extensive knowledge of our products and your knack for devising practical solutions, you will effortlessly become a prominent figure in our team.

Your exceptional interpersonal skills and talent for networking, coupled with your excellent decision-making and communication prowess, will play a pivotal role in cultivating current business relationships while also uncovering fresh prospects.


Key Selection Criteria:


  • Formal Engineering/Mining/Business or Trade background and experience in sales and marketing.
  • Able to understand Engineering Drawings.
  • High level of understanding of Grinding Mills and Fixed Plant.
  • Familiar with mining operations
  • Willingness and ability to travel
    This role requires regular travel to PNG and hence is a must have criteria
