What's the Role:
- Take the helm of the global manufacturing finance team, playing a crucial role in delivering timely and insightful reports to guide business decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager of Manufacturing on strategic planning initiatives and projects, driving growth and innovation through strategic business development activities.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for manufacturing costs and overheads to enhance resource allocation efficiency and financial results.
- Drive process improvements, implement innovative reporting methods, and automate tasks to maximize team output.
- Contribute to the creation and delivery of financial awareness and educational programs to enhance the financial expertise of key stakeholders.
- Ensure flexibility in time management to address sudden business analysis and reporting needs, showcasing our team's responsiveness to changing business requirements.
