An innovative family-owned business in the heart of Sydney's Northern Beaches, this organisation is thriving, already hitting financial milestones in 2023, and continue to develop opportunities in Australia and New Zealand markets.

Their finance team is hiring an Accounts Allrounder in a newly created position to join their loyal support team.


The Role:


  • Accounts payable responsibilities include processing job costing invoices, reconciling payments for month end, processing overseas payments and reconciling statements
  • Assisting the Accountant with preparing expenses report for monthly reporting pack and posting monthly journals
  • Providing monthly analysis of job cost report

Your Skills:


  • You are experienced in performing duties described where you have performed a variety of tasks, able to work with accuracy and meet deadlines
  • Prior industry knowledge in medium sized manufacturing/equipmentbased companies is highly desirable
  • You possess clear and confident communication skills. And are able to interact with customers effectively in order to chase outstanding debtors and negotiate payment plans when required
