The firm
Join a progressive, newly established boutique law firm located in the heart of Perth CBD.
At the forefront of modern legal practice, they are looking for an Office Manager to be an integral part their team.
The role
This role is a blend of assisting with Practice Management and Administration Support.
Working alongside the Principal Partners and Lawyers you will help the team with their requirements, open to full time, 9.5 fortnight or four days a week.
- Assisting with practice management, like assisting with HR, IT, marketing, and office coordination
- Administration support and general admin like phone duty, managing lawyers' schedules and court deadlines
- Assisting with end of month billing
- Providing adhoc administrative support where required to help the office run smoothly
- Experience supporting Partners in a law firm is essential
- Experience with legal proceedings and case management
- Be confident in your abilities as a legal assistant
- Excellent attention to detail
