Description
Our client is a key entity within the travel and aviation sector.Currently they have a number of industry leading projects in flight and are looking for a Change and Process Analyst to join their project team.
In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with key stakeholders to support Program Change, Risk, Issues, and other program/project management controlsResponsibilities:
Accept change requests from within the program.
Document and maintain the Change Management Plan, processes, and standards.
Engage with the relevant parties to analyse and Impact Assess new Technology service requests.
Work with the MSP on new Change Requests
Challenge proposed requests for change to ensure that the change is robust and has mínimal impact on the business
Key Experience Required:
Experience working with third party/outsourced MSP against SLAs and monitoring change
Experience of Change managing processes.
Understanding of network infrastructure/telecommunications systems and services in an ITIL compliant environment.
Experience of working in a secure environment.
Experience of building strong working relationships
On offer is a 12 month contract, paying $1,000 per day within a hybrid work environment.
