Administrative Support Officer - Canberra, Australia - Clicks IT Recruitment

Contract Role with up to 3*12 month extensionsThe role will be responsible for:
Monitoring, tracking and reporting on the status of work items
Supporting logístical and document preparation for events, meetings and audits as required
Contribute to the development of guidance documents and process guides
Support the scheduling of leadership, and other regular meetings
Research and analyse options in relation to task deliverables to guide optimal decision making
Essential Criteria:
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge and experience in successfully setting priorities and delivering quality results on time.
Proven ability to communicate effectively whilst responding to stakeholder needs and expectations across a geographically dispersed network.
Location:
Canberra
Australian Citizen with ability to obtain baseline clearance
