This 12 month fixed term contract position is a unique opportunity for an HR Generalist with experience supporting a commercial business to own employee lifecycle and support the ANZ HR Director with key HR programs and global projects.
The role will work in a fast paced, dynamic and collaborative environment with an empowering leader. It will suit a proactive and highly communicative HR professional, capable of managing competing priorities and reporting requirements. As the main point of contact for HR enquiries, this is a central role. It partners with the HR Director, Finance and Operations Leads and the Commercial teams.Reporting to the ANZ HR Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Owning Employee Relations across all areas of the business
- Recruitment, Selection and Employer Branding
- Leading Work, Health & Safety programs including mandatory training
- Supporting Payroll, monthly HR reporting and audit processes
- Owning onboarding, exits and employee enquiries
- Contributing to Learning & Development and maintaining compliance records
- Coordinating HR contributions to company wide meetings and inductions
- Managing HR reporting and maintaining data in line with local and global compliance
- Supporting global HR projects as needed.
- HR Generalist experience, preferably within commercial business units
- Confidence leading ER matters, liaising with employees at all levels
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- WHS experience, with RTW case management advantageous
- Recruitment, employer branding and/or agency partnering
- Bachelor qualifications in HR, or similar
- HRIS experience, with Workday, Success Factors or similar ideal
- Confidence in HR Reporting, partnering with Payroll preferred
- Advanced MS Excel skills and strong systems knowledge
- Experience partnering in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices Industry advantageous.
