Role Purpose:


As the Team Leader - Service Delivery, you will manage our specialist housing team of consultants and project delivery staff, serving as the business lead for all customer consulting project deliverables.

You will act as a trusted advisor by educating and implementing strategic delivery plans for our customers. You will use your knowledge and experience to achieve services revenue targets and deliver against the business's key metrics.

You will be commercially minded, recognising our customers critical business priorities, requirements and challenges.

You will have the ability to drive customer satisfaction while maximising team utilisation, delivering against revenue and margins, whilst reducing the overall risk to the business.


Role Requirements:


You will be required to actively manage the services team and be accountable for the agreed revenue outcomes and performance KPI's.

This will include the development of business processes and approach in line with the promoted company standards.


You will be responsible for ensuring your team is adequately equipped to achieve their individual goals through appropriate training/education and the provision of tools (software and diagnostics) to facilitate the service provision tasks.


Manage and develop a team of service professionals with a comprehensive knowledge of solution elements to facilitate excellent delivery outcomes.

The functional specialities within the team include Project Management and Cx Housing and Asset Management Consultants.


About You:


  • You are passionate in making a real difference.
  • Experience in a similar consulting/ team leadership role.
  • Love getting your hands dirty as this role is also 50% billable.
  • You will have a proven experience in building strong relationships at all levels of an organisation, ideally within Community Housing or Not for Profit industries.
  • Proven experience in exceeding KPIs including revenue, utilisation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in managing large implementation projects, including resourcing forecasts and delivery plans.
  • Strong organisational skills with an understanding of Project Management Methodologies such as Prince
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Understand the value that software brings in delivering change within the sector.
