About the Role


The Child and Family Contract Manager plays a crucial role in securing funding, managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and maintaining contractual and service delivery accountability within Child and Family Services at Lifestyle Solutions.

By effectively managing funding opportunities, contracts and reporting requirements, this role contributes to the Child and Family Services sustainability, program success, and ability to serve the community effectively.


This role reports directly to the Director of Operational Excellence and is a member of the Operational Excellence Team in Child and Family Services nationally.

Essential Criteria

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or at least five years equivalent relevant experience in complex Contract Management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, negotiate, and manage contracts and grants, including contract terms, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder relationship management including highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
  • The ability to consider the implications of a wide range of complex issues, and proactively develop solutions to address issues and obstacles
  • Strong attention to detail in contract review, financial reporting, and recordkeeping to ensure accuracy and accountability
