Clerk Grade 11/12, salary relative to experience and ranges from $134,411 to $155,445 plus super


Sydney Olympic Park Authority are responsible for the day-to-day management of all public places, 430 hectares of parklands and 7 sporting venues.

This includes the management of buildings, facilities and landscape assets; delivery of programs and events; enhancing your experience, provision of sports and leisure facilities; conservation of water, energy and resources; protection of ecosystems, environment and heritage as well as the coordination of the precinct on a daily basis.


We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic people leader to join our friendly Venues Management Team in leading one of Australia's iconic sporting venues.

This role is integral in leading the day to day management and co-ordination of services for an extensive and challenging customer network.

A natural people leader with stakeholder management skills and change management capabilities will thrive in this rare opportunity.


About You


You will have proven experience in venue management and a passion for leading and driving engagement in a positive and constructive environment.

Your high level people management skills along with your problem solving, project management and customer service focus will see you leading a passionate and enthusiastic team in offering a range of services to an extensive selection of clients and stakeholders.


Ranging from local community through to national organisations, each day is never the same in this dynamic and diverse role.

Key to this role will be your capacity to lead change, build positive culture and construct healthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels in meeting demanding outcomes.
