This role will mostly partner with our Plan Group business. Plan Partners started as a new business under McMillan Shakespeare Group in 2016.

Since signing up our first customer in October that year, Plan Partners has rapidly grown to become Australia's leading expert in NDIS Plan Management and Support Coordination, supporting thousands of people with a disability and their carers across Australia.


Reporting into the Digital Product Manager (Plan Group), you will be someone who is eager to learn and develop in a high growth business with a motivated to contribute to making a big difference in people's lives.


As part of the Digital team, you will support the execution of the Marketing strategy for the Plan Group, encompassing two consumer facing brands - Plan Partners and Plan Tracker.

You will contribute to the delivery of digital experiences across our suite of customer facing platforms to drive growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with our external agencies, you will analyse the performance of current activities (SEO, Paid Performance) and contribute to the development of new marketing campaigns.
  • This role is also responsible for maintaining the marketing attribution, robust reporting in Google Data Studio, GA4, Salesforce and Power BI. Experience using these platforms will be highly desirable.
  • You will ensure a tracking strategy is created and maintained across multiple digital product.
  • Using your strong analytical and technical skills you will recommend and own product analytics tools that help drive digital adoption across selfservice platforms.

What you will bring:

  • Experience in A/B and variable testing to make decisions based on user data coupled with insights is key.
  • The ability to write user stories and confidently complete user acceptance testing on product releases is also important.
  • You will have an understanding of the endtoend customer journey and the importance of being able to track both performance and user behaviour.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with web and app tracking and across GTM, Google Stack
  • Proven experience building positive working relationships and working successfully in crossfunctional teams, including demonstrated success in managing own work
