    Description
    Supervise site operations for commercial projects valued up to $20 million. Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure project goals are met within budget and schedule constraints. Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company standards, prioritising a safe working environment. Oversee subcontractors and vendors, including procurement and contract management. Perform regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly. Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Document project activities, progress, and performance accurately and comprehensively. Implement strategies for process improvement and cost optimization to enhance project efficiency. Respond effectively to any on-site emergencies or unforeseen challenges.
