- Overseeing all aspects of site operations, including construction scheduling, quality control, safety, and budget management
- Liaising effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
- Managing a team of construction personnel and subcontractors
- Identifying and resolving any construction issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation
- Minimum 5 to 8 years' experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
- A trade background
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget
- Previous experience delivering projects of $15M plus
- Previous apartment experience is preferred
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience in stakeholder management

The company
Our client is a leading Queensland builder renowned for delivering exceptional residential and commercial construction projects. Their projects range from $5M to $40M and structure their projects as a Tier 2 builder.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join the team on a $30 million apartment project in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the construction site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
