We are looking for a Site Manager to join the Project Delivery Team based on our allocated project site.Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of your allocated project in terms of site management activities.
As the Site Manager, you will:
Manage the site team in relation to budget, resources, delivery and issuesOversee and manage the site teams professional developmentLead and/or participate in site meetingsOversee and manage all site based activitiesDevelop short range programs to complete the project management scheduleCoordinate with the Project team to ensure project delivery milestones are achievedOn site subcontractor managementSafety managementProject completion activities as requiredAs the ideal applicant you will be:Trade qualified and experienced in managing large scale Industrial projects greater than $20m - $30m in valueDemonstrated knowledge of construction methodology, basic project management principles and site managementHighly developed interpersonal and communication skillsStrong commercial acumen and critical thinking abilitiesEffective team leadership and management skillsHow to applyTo apply for this role, please submit your application via our careers website.
