As a Business Administration Trainee, you will provide enrolment assistance to the Integrity Business College.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Scope of Position:


This a 12 month traineeship position is responsible for assisting the Administration Team with administration and receptions duties as required.

You will gain a Certificate III in Business Administration at its completion


General Duties:


  • Represent Integrity Business College by providing excellent customer service to all internal and external clients.
  • Following up with new students regarding outstanding enrolment forms etc.
  • Daily use of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, One Drive and Student Management Systems.
  • Attend all staff and team meetings as required.
  • Work alongside Integrity Business College trainers and other staff.
  • Contribute to the efficiency of the business by complying with all Integrity Business College, policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to a safe working and discrimination/harassment free working environment.

Enrolment Support:_

  • Engage with, and provide support to all students, employers, and schools.
  • Organise, followup and review all student enrolment paperwork.
  • Assist with enrolment meetings and oral interviews with new student and employers.
  • Ensure all student records are filed and recorded correctly.
  • Record and track all student's progress in Freedcamp and Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist with creating and reviewing student training schedules.
  • Organise and negotiate enrolment meetings, inductions, and course commencements.
  • Assist with issuing Training Plans to students, employers, and schools.
  • Process Credit Transfers, including verifying student's academic transcripts with other Registered Training Organisations.
  • Create classes/workshops in the Student Management System and allocating students to classes as per availability.
  • Update student's personal details and traineeship details in the Student Management System.
