    The Company:
    National head contractor with repeat clients within the private an public sector, delivering projects up to $50m.

    Their is a fantastic dynamic team to learn from who are looking for like-minded professionals to their join division. They offer a professional and collaborative workspace that is still flexible and friendly.

    The Role:
    They are looking to bring a reasonably experienced Estimator into their team who can grow toward Senior Estimator in due course (if you're already a Senior, they would still be interested in having a chat).

    Duties of this role include:

    • Preparation of Tenders
    • Project Cost Assessments
    • Grow Relationships and Negotiate with Trades and Suppliers
    • Liaise with Engineers and Architects
    • Value Engineering
    • Mentoring Junior Estimator

    Role Requirements:

    • At Least 3 Years' Estimating Experience within Australia class 2 residential units projects
    • Diploma or Degree in Construction, Engineering or Similar
    • Clear and Confident Communicator
    • Strong Acumen for Numbers
