- Produce detailed scope of works and cost estimates
- Produce detailed assessment reports and review external contractor reports for accuracy
- Control and manage a portfolio of multiple tenders
- Coordinate site meetings with subcontractor trades
- Develop relationships with clients and external stakeholders
- Minimum 2 years recent experience in a similar role
- Understanding of the building code of Australia
- Previous estimating experience in a trade-based background
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
