ABOUT THE ROLE
Key responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed drawings for civil works projects
  • Plan design packaging and design interfaces
  • Maintain register of drawings for projects
  • Issue drawings and documents as directed by Project Manager
  • Train and mentor trainee drafters
  • Assist with updates to the CAD Manual
  • Opportunity to progress into civil design

ABOUT YOU

  • Ideally 2 years' experience delivering drafting on civil projects
  • Previous local consultancy work with a land development background
  • Some building civil & road drafting experience desirable
  • Excellent AutoCAD skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Motivation, enthusiasm and initiative
  • Excellent time management, ability to manage multiple deadlines whilst working autonomously
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication
  • A strong team focused mentality to work collaboratively across multiple offices

QUALIFICATIONS

  • TAFE Qualification or relevant course desirable
