Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and execution of data management and governance strategies.
  • Coach and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative and highperformance environment.
  • Drive the implementation of best practices for data quality, data integration, and data lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous enhancement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data validation rules and perform regular data audits.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the utility industry, focusing on data management and governance.
  • Proven track record of coaching and mentoring data professionals to achieve outstanding results.
  • Solid understanding of data quality frameworks, data integration methodologies, and data lifecycle management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in the use of SAP
