    Are you a skilled Pump Fitter looking for an exciting opportunity in Brisbane? My client is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch pumping solutions. With our specialized workshop and decades of experience, they take pride in providing reliable pump maintenance services to their clients.

    The Company:
    My client boasts a dedicated workshop equipped to handle maintenance on all types of industrial pumps. With over 50 years of industry knowledge backing them, they excel in completing pump rebuilds with reliability and efficiency. Their goal is to restore pumps to like-new condition, ensuring minimal downtime for customer's facilities.

    Role Overview:
    As a Pump Fitter, you'll play a pivotal role in their workshop operations. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds on industrial pumps.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds on industrial pumps with precision and attention to detail.
    • Utilize our workshop facilities and resources effectively to ensure reliable and efficient pump restoration.
    • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to uphold the integrity of our repairs.
    • Conduct hydrostatic testing on repaired pumps to guarantee optimal performance before returning them to clients.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Pump Fitter or similar role, preferably in industrial pump maintenance.
    • Proficiency in conducting maintenance procedures and repairs on various types of industrial pumps.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
    • Commitment to upholding safety standards and delivering high-quality workmanship.
