We are seeking a Pump Service Technician / Maintenance Fitter to join our clients busy Brisbane based team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of pumps and fluid handling equipment.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, and will be responsible for ensuring that their customers' equipment is operating at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of pumps and fluid handling equipment
Conducting inspections and testing of pumps and equipment to ensure that they are operating at peak efficiency
Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with pumps and equipment
Providing recommendations and solutions for improving pump and equipment performance
Ordering parts and equipment as needed
Maintaining accurate records of service work and customer interactions
Providing excellent customer service to our clients

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Pump Service Technician / Maintenance Fitter or similar role
Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills
Experience with a variety of pumps and fluid handling equipment
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
