Take a leading role in driving regional development with this exciting opportunity in regional NSW. Your primary focus will be to enhance current customer relationships while pinpointing avenues for expansion, thereby empowering your customers to prosper and grow.

YOU | As the ideal candidate, you will drive new business growth, establishing and maintaining credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry, and referral partners. Your role will focus on facilitating positive customer experiences and outcomes while showcasing professionalism and credibility within the Agribusiness and Commercial banking community. You will also be well equipped to navigate the opportunities and challenges facing Australian regional businesses. Ideally you will also possess:

• Experience in a similar agribusiness, business or commercial relationship manager role

• Ability to build rapport and succeed in business development

• Understanding of the business needs and attitudes of agribusiness customers

• Ability to network effectively and maintain good professional working relationships with a range of different stakeholders

• Commercial lending experience including cashflow lending, credit analysis and complex deal structuring
