What will you be doing?

  • Lead a portfolio of accounts within the Higher Education sector across the APAC region driving adoption and growth across your accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact, defining success plans with key deliverables, ensuring your accounts are getting the most out of the services, resulting in renewal and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve objectives and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Be the point of call for your existing accounts, managing queries & escalations to achieve resolutions

Who are you?

  • You come from the education industry, so you can understand the markets you will be targeting
  • You've had prior experience in customer success management
  • You value building strong, meaningful relationships with your clients and excel at gaining buyin for your plans and initiatives across a mix of stakeholders.
  • You will be comfortable presenting and delivering to csuite
  • You are a strong communicator & highly detail oriented with the ability to manage a portfolio of accounts
